National-Diamond.com proccesses and ships all orders using UPS United Parcel Service.

Our online shopping cart charges a flat 4% of the sale to cover the cost of shipping and handling. All products are shipped UPS ground.

Orders In Stock are usually proccessed in 1-2 days. In the event of a back order the customer will be notified by email and by phone if possible and be made aware of the expected arrival date.

Credit cards will not be charged until back order is shipped.
